About Us

Richard Cefalu is Pastor Emeritus of Cornerstone Chapel.  He has had the privilege of serving in several evangelical and reformed churches in Southern California for the past forty plus years in addition to ministering to the elderly in retirement communities.

Rita Cefalu is Scholar in Residence and Senior Fellow for the Institute of Faith and Culture at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. Previously she lectured in biblical and theological studies for the University of San Diego and is currently teaching online courses for Bryan College in Dayton, TN.

Richard and Rita have been married for 39 years. They enjoy serving the Lord together in ministry and continue to do so. They also enjoy spending time with each other, with family and friends, as well as reading, long walks, and bike-riding.

This website was created as a venue to continue their joint ministry together by making many of their past and present teachings now available on-line.  It's still a work in progress.  But we hope that you'll blessed by what you find here.
